It was the first time I had ordered from Millie and John and it will be my last. Unfortunately my sons pramsuit arrived with a button that had fallen off and a broken popper. When I emailed the company I was told to return the item and for them to fix it and send back to me. I would have appreciated a new one being sent out for me to return the broken one - this was not the case. I then found out that I had to pay for the item to be shipped back to them, although it’s not my fault that the item came through faulty. I appreciate everyone has different systems and clearly you wanted to fix the item rather than send me a new one, but for me to then have to pay for postage to send it back is completely shocking. Luckily I have a friend that offered to fix it for me free of charge but ideally I would have appreciated some sort of discount on the item or something as an apology but unfortunately Millie and John just didn’t come across that bothered. The item itself is actually lovely and I can’t wait for my son to wear it. It’s just a shame the customer service is awful.
