The dress is made from wonderfully soft yet substantial cotton-rich velvet, with a gently gathered silhouette and long sleeves finished with elasticated wrists. The statement square bib collar is made from soft white cheesecloth, edged in contrasting black velvet and finished with a sweet velvet bow at the centre – giving the whole outfit its distinctive vintage-inspired character.
Natural mother of pearl buttons fasten all the way down the back, while a luxurious branded mother of pearl disc adds a delicate finishing touch at the hem.
