The dress features a soft white combed cotton upper with a playful blue striped woven cotton skirt, made from a breathable and lightweight blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyester. The skirt has a fun, flowing design with a delicate ruffled waist. The set is completed with matching bloomers that have an elasticated waist and legs for comfort. The back of the dress has a popper fastening, making it easy to get on and off.
